Your brakes are a very important part of your vehicle. Not only do they need to be able to stop your car at stoplights and stop signs they need to be good enough to stop your car in a split second in the event of an accident about to happen. Your need to take the time to routinely check your brakes so that you know they are reliable when you are on the road. If you don’t then it could result in an accident where you or other people are at risk.

Keeping your car in good running condition is important. You will need to have an assortment of tools in order to check things over well. You will need some clean shop wags or paper towels in order to check all of your fluids in the engine. Make sure you wipe the dipstick clean and then dip it in again before you read it to get the most accurate information. Keep a funnel handy in case you need to add more fluid to any area. You don’t want to pour it in directly because it can get into other areas of your engine.

Oil Change

To help you keep track of the mileage and date for your next oil change most vendors will place a courteously sticker on your windshield.
