The good side to this job hunting technology application is that twenty percent of the companies had already set up great formats to receive potential new employees and the sites worked as advertised. It’s terrible that the number is that low but it is also understandable because many of these individuals started working before the company depended on them.
If people are going to fill out the job hunting technology application they need to realize that it might be a little slow going. Try to send a conventional resume mailed to human resources along with the internet way. Be ready to follow up on either avenue and cherish the opportunity that has been given. It might not come by again and the person who does get the position will be the one who forces their way to the front of the line by being proactive and ensuring the resume was received by calling the company and sharing ones interest.
