However, the internet is vast so you will want to be extra careful in looking for someone because you want then to be in the local area. However you can refine the search and find someone good. Your company may also know of someone that they hire when things get complicated. They may have worked with someone in the past and want to continue the relationship with them.
Before you hire someone, though, you will need to have at least a vague idea of what kind of meeting it will be otherwise you will not be able to communicate to them what you need. You don’t need to know a lot, just enough so that they are able to get their work done and plan the meeting successfully.
