Experiencing Early Signs Of Pregnancy?
Becoming pregnant can be a very exciting time, but also overwhelming with all the changes you will begin feeling or symptoms you may begin experiencing. There are numerous early signs of pregnancy that could indicate you have conceived if you are wondering if you are pregnant.
Early Signs Of Pregnancy
One of the most often unnoticed early signs of pregnancy is a missed period. You can also miss your period if you usually have an irregular menstrual cycle, poor diet, and/or high levels of stress. So you may want to wait seven days after your period was supposed to start before you take a pregnancy test to confirm if you are an expecting mother. If you are pregnant, you may still experience light bleeding or spotting. You may notice some changes in the appearance of your breast, like the areola (skin surrounding your nipple) has began to deepen in color and swelling. You may feel tenderness and pain in your breast, like common P.M.S. symptoms. If you have been taking your basal temperature, you will notice your temperature is persistently higher than normal, just not around your ovulation time. You may feel like you have gained weight, look bloated or appear to have enlarged abdomen as another one of the early signs of pregnancy. You may even see a dark line going down the central part of your stomach stretching from the belly button down to your pubic area. One of the most dreaded symptoms is morning sickness. Morning sickness can strike at anytime of the day and basically means you will have nausea or vomiting. Morning sickness normally occurs after 1 month of conceiving, but could happen sooner depending on the expecting mother. Being very tired and feeling fatigue is yet another early sign of pregnancy because of your changing hormone levels. An expecting mother might experience embarrassment when she laughs, sneezes, or coughs because she may leak a small amount of urine, since her uterus is growing and pressing upon her bladder. She may also find that she is making frequent trips to the restroom, especially at night. If you are a smoker, you may have a metallic taste left in you mouth after smoking. Some women will also experience the mask of pregnancy or melasma. This is where women will develop darkening of their skin on their face, like around their cheek, forehead, or the bridge of their nose. Finally, if you experience mood swings or feel stressed, these are normal feelings, so no need to be too alarmed.
Keep in mind every woman is different and you may not experience any of the symptoms, you my experience only a couple, or you may have all of them.
