Organic food is better for your health since it is not covered in a variety of chemicals. A non-organic apple can have up to thirty chemicals on its skin even after you wash it. On the inside non-organic foods typically have more water than they do vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants than organic food products. Even if you purchased processed organic food it is more healthy for you since the manufacturers are banned from using harmful additives like hydrogenated fat, MSG and artificial flavorings and colorings.
