Unfortunately, most of the recipes are simply re-hashes of other recipes with some ingredient substitutions or too many weird ingredients. I have complied many recipes that are easy to make and list ingredients that most people already have in their homes. Hope you like them.

Preparing low carb meals couldn’t be any easier today because most supermarkets cater to the very busy cook. Many offer prepared meals, rotisserie meats, and as many fresh fruits and vegetables as you can fit in your cart. These supermarkets are your best friend if you are on a low carb diet because most people will quit if the process is too difficult. When people get home from work, the last thing they want to do is spend hours over a hot stove. They want to spend a few minutes and prepare a gourmet low carb meal with a minimum of effort.

Most fruits, vegetables, proteins, and grains can be eaten in moderation in most low carb diets. If not, you might want to look for another diet. One of the problems with a diet that is too restrictive is that most people begin to feel deprived and soon become bored with the diet and quit.
