Success of the First Halo 3 Commercial

Watched by breathless fans for that too quick minute when it aired, it has since been transported to countless websites and watched over and over and over again. It was a mix of CG and live action that leaves fans wondering if the movie is not just a dream.

Smarter Friendlies on Halo 3

One of most interesting aspects of the Halo trilogy is the ability to influence the friendlies in the game to do your bidding. These ally characters are a huge asset when traveling around Halo in battle. It is no surprise, however, that the developers of Halo 3 decided to improve upon the already excellent features in the game. The friendlies in Halo have also been improved upon.

I Love Your Band! Which One Is Luna Halo?

Just like Monty Python or Pink Floyd, there is actually no one named Luna Halo. The name refers to a Christian rock band. Unlike most rock bands, they are American, although they sound British. Luna Halo is very popular in - you guessed it - the niche Christian music market. Rock and roll is about being yourself and being yourself loudly, so the words Christian rock are not an oxymoron.

The web has given us wonder additions to our vocabulary like ROFL and blog. One of the hallmarks of netspeak is trying to use as little language as possible. Abbreviations are very popular - such as ROFL (Roll On the Floor Laughing). One of the newest words in that category is Mmorpg. Make up your own pronunciation - there is not as yet an official one.
