They are safe, however there are some precautions that you will need to take. A well respected expert will give you both sides of the story.

If you want to study aromatherapy, you will also need to purchase the oils. Keep in mind that not all oils are created equally. This means that no matter what you do, you will need to find a good supplier. These oils should be pure and natural. They need to be different colors.
