Of course, this means that the injury has already occurred and can not be avoided. So, in order to dealing with such an injury it is necessary to perform a little bit of preventive medicine to drastically reduce the potential for injury. In other words, one must look at high risk behavior and attempt to eliminate such high risk activity. While the complete elimination of physical activity that might cause lower left back pain may be outright impossible, the steps can be taken to minimize the potential of such injury.
