Since security guards are responsible for offering protection, those who employ them have to be confident in their abilities. All security jobs require training to be successfully completed prior to beginning the actual job. It is very common for this training to be paid by the employer.
In our society there are plenty of people with hearing impairments that prevent them from being able to communicate in the traditional form. This doesn’t have to stop them from being a very important part of society though. Individuals with hearing impairments are able to live productive lives pursuing the career they desire as well as raising a family if they choose to do so.
