Language linguistics involves the study of how people learn to speak a specific language. No matter how difficult a particular language may seem to someone, those who speak it in their culture are able to do so without thinking about it. This is because they learn the linguistics of that given language from the time they are a small child. It is important that linguistics learn the correct meanings of the words in a given language as well as how to pronounce them. This information can then be used effectively to teach other people the language, to interpret the language, and to effectively translate.
