Female Playwrights

American culture has been greatly influenced by female playwrights who bring culture and ethnic diversity to their writings. Today, there are numerous female playwrights. However, their work continues to be put on the back burner in our society. Only nine Pulitzer Prizes have been awarded to women in this field. Five of them have only been won in the past 15 years.

Plagiarism and School

Students are faced with a lot of pressure to do well. That is one reason why plagiarism and school often go together. Students find themselves with a lot of work to do. And they either don’t have the desire to finish the work, or they don’t have the time. So to many students who are simply not thinking, plagiarism and school seem to go together. They search for other ways to get their work done with minimal effort. Some students simply hire another person to do their assignment for them. This has been a problem for years but the internet has made it even easier to get this done. And other students don’t even bother hiring people to do their work. Instead, they simply plagiarize other people’s work.

Grammar Check

Many online sites have a variety of grammar and spelling tools to help make sense of the rules that are often difficult for most of us to master. The help available varies from site to site. Some help with questions about grammar, about the usage of a word, composition, and spell check through out the documents. Many of the spell checkers underline words that are misspelled, words that are run together, and grammatically incorrect sentences.

Encyclopedia Sets

Encyclopedia sets offer you all the information you may need on a wide range of topics. The first type of encyclopedia set to be offered was a set that was broken up by alphabet. Most of them included one for each letter of the alphabet and then an index. Since the internet wasn’t nearly as popular as it is today, families kept encyclopedia sets as a way to educate their children and to provide valuable research for school assignments.

Neil Simon

Neil Simon was born as Marvin Neil Simon in 1927 to a Jewish family. He was raised in the Bronx of New York. He attended New York University as well as Denver University. He began writing scripts for television with his brother in 1948. He later went out on his own and began writing for the New York theatre. Today he is well known for his contribution to the arts including screenplays, collections of writings, television shows, and television series.

Plagiarism is a big problem and the internet has made things even worse. It happens everywhere. People take blog posts from someone else’s blog and pass it off as their own. Students plagiarized papers from the internet in the hopes that they can get a way with not doing their own work. Articles are posted without permission at an alarming rate. If you do a lot of writing or if you are a student or teacher you know how much of a problem this is. That is why it is a good idea to have a plagiarism checker available to you. This is something that will help determine if something was plagiarized.

Prevent Plagiarism

Nowadays it is really easy to get your writing published, especially if you have your own blog or website. There are also plenty of opportunities to get your writing published through different sources such as magazines, newspapers, and online magazines. The only problem with this is that if you have a lot of writing out there, your work is more susceptible to getting plagiarized. Plagiarism is where someone takes your work and passes it off as his or her own work. This is prohibited and a very upsetting thing to happen. There are a lot of people out there who want to make money off of work they didn’t do and didn’t pay to have done. This is a real problem. However, there are ways that you can prevent plagiarism so that this doesn’t happen to you.

Arthur Miller

Arthur Miller was born October 17, 1915. He attended the University of Michigan. He then moved to New York and began writing plays about the war. His play titled the Death of a Salesman in 1947 became very popular. It tells the story of a man who is destroyed by false values that are alive in society. This play is done throughout the United States to this day. He won a Pulitzer Prize and three Tony Awards for this play. He is known as one of the most famous playwrights in American History.

The Chinese language is most notably known for the written and beautiful characters stroked on the flat page. As old as 4000 years ago, this exquisite language exists as even more popular today. There are several masters of it’s legend left behind in history their work more as art then language. There are many resources available to learn Chinese characters. The Chinese language has become a popular study area for more and more people and continues to expand the supply and demand of good available teaching tools.

Encyclopedias are books that offer a wealth of information on various topics. Many people use them to complete research. Until the internet took over as the most popular resource for research, people relied on encyclopedias to provide them with information. Today there are even online encyclopedias that people use for research.
