			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people took a keen interest in the Declaration of Independence after the popular movie National Treasure featuring Nicholas Cage. The government has answered numerous inquiries about the possible hidden messages on the back of the Declaration of Independence. They firmly hold the stand that all that is printed on the back is the name of the document and the date it was signed ÃƒÂ± July 4th, 1776. However, many theorist and those who oppose the government believe it may hold the key to many secrets that the government themselves hasn&#8217;t uncovered or they carefully guard.</p>

They were all political figures who put themselves on the line to gain freedom from the King of England. 70 men were elected to represent the colonies at the Constitutional Convention but many of them decided not to attend for fear of the penalty for doing so from the King of England.</p>

He defeated John Adams in the first actual Presidential race since Washington left office due to serving two full terms. He is acknowledged as one of the most influential politicians of all time. He enforced the strict separation of Church and State, a regulation still in place today. Jefferson was elected for a second term as President as well.</p>
