Solar Energy Continues To Add Power Off The Grid

As the push for alternative energy sources continues, there is added interest in using solar energy to produce electricity and heat. Everyone understands how the sun’s energy produces heat, providing thermal energy and now there is a greater understanding of how photovoltaic cells can convert solar energy into electricity. Some Good but Mostly Bad Mold

Ask any person about mold and the first thing that is likely going to come to mind is a black furry looking substance that seems to grow in moist places. That quick brainstorm is definitely true and quite prevalent in many bathrooms, air conditioning units and even underneath freezers and refrigerators, all places where moisture tends to collect. This growth also comes in a variety of other colors like white, green and brown.

Facts About Solar Energy Shows Pros As Well As Cons

For several years, getting the facts about solar energy may have been difficult as the information was sketchy and high technical in nature. Translating much of the information in plain language was not high the list of priorities and many were left in the dark with the facts about solar energy. What was not known was often speculated and people blamed traditional power companies for keeping the information quiet for fear of losing business to the sun.

Attack of the Killer Black Mold

The Stachybotrys type of mold normally grows outdoors in decaying organic materials but one species of it commonly called black mold can be rather prolific indoors if not kept in check. This mold is black or dark brown in color and can appear slimy in extremely moist conditions or almost light gray in drier settings.
