Laughter and Health
Laughter and health are two things that go together very well. Laughter is good for your health because it makes you feel good and releases the hormones that help improve health and make you feel happy. Laughing is simple, easy, and free. That means that you don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars to laugh. Though, if you opt to go to comedy shows to get your laughter fix it could cost in that regard.
There are some great ways that you can encourage laughter in yourself and in others. You can simply hang out with people who enjoy laughter. If you have friends who will laugh at your jokes and are constantly cracking jokes of their own, this will help your health in a few different ways. First, the fact that you are laughing will make you healthier. Second, it has been shown that people who have close friends will also be healthier.
If you are interested in getting your daily laughter fix so that it can enhance your health, keep in mind that everyone finds different things funny. It will be worth your while if you understand what kind of sense of humor you truly have. This will help you because then you won’t waste your time trying to laugh at things you don’t find amusing.
