Winter is the season with the shortest periods of daylight, and that can make the winter months see like they drag on forever. Research has shown that access to sunlight can help improve a person’s mood and I believe it. Individuals who suffer from depression and bipolar disorder experience issues in the winter more than any other season. The winter months are December, January, and February. The cold temperatures and harsh winter that you experience depends on the location that you live in.

Autumn

The autumn season takes place as a transition from summer to winter. The autumn season is commonly referred to as fall because the leaves on all the trees fall to the ground during this season. The autumn months are from September to December. The temperatures from the hot summer slowly start to cool off and the periods of sunlight get shorter.

Summer is a time to enjoy the great outdoors and for most children, a time to enjoy a much needed break from school. The summer months are from the middle of June until the middle of September. Most people associate the start of summer with Memorial Day weekend and the end of it with Labor Day weekend. Many families enjoy vacations in the summer time that allow them to visit family, friends, historical locations, National parks, amusement parks in various areas of the world.

The temperatures often vary from very cold to very warm so you are never sure what to expect in the spring time. You can need a jacket one afternoon and wearing shorts the next!
