We all love to set goals for ourselves. Unfortunately, we don’t always go about goal setting smart. We give little to no thought to what we really want beyond the obvious. How many women say my goal is to lose twenty pounds in the next two weeks? I will start the diet Monday. Yeah right. Good luck with that. Goal setting smart is a totally new way of setting goals.
