As everyone must be aware of, the act of procrastination implies that a person or persons tend to put off doing things that need to be done immediately and instead occupy them with things that may not be so necessary and so it results in delays and missed deadlines and general all-round frustration. One of the things that takes up the attention of those who procrastinate is depression procrastination in which a person attains a state of being in which the mind becomes frozen (almost totally) and thus is unable to perform anything at all.
