How many people actually think about their mattress when they are having sleep problems? Most of us blame not sleeping well on stress, and not getting enough hours to commit to Z’s. The quality of your sleep is much more important than the amount of sleep that you get. Having the wrong type of mattress for your body can be affecting your sleep. Don’t rely on sleeping pills and go through the day groggy because you aren’t resting well.

When you are ready to use it, simply use a hair dryer or a small air compressor. Hand pumps work well for using your air mattress outdoors. Most air mattresses fill up and deflate quickly and easily.

King Mattress

King size mattresses are the largest size you can buy, and give you plenty of room to spread out on your bed. They are also great when you have little ones who enjoy crawling into bed with you. While a king size mattress takes up quite a bit of space, many people say they wouldn’t downsize for anything. I don’t have room in my bedroom for a king size bed, but when ever I stay at a hotel I request a king size bed as a special treat for myself.
