Golf Clubs Sets Helped Achieve Consistent Play

In the early days of golf, drivers and irons were made differently and there was no such thing as matched golf club sets prior to 1919. Drivers typically had wood shafts with irons made of wood or steel, but each club was designed slightly differently as each golfer’s swing was different and they would hit the ball with different styles. Having an iron equally as weighted as an iron was not considered important in the early days.

Regripping Golf Clubs Can Straighten Out Game

Possibly the toughest part of the game of golf, besides the stance, is maintaining the proper grip. From address, through the back swing, the downswing and follow through, the grip should remain constant and consistent in order to set the ball on the right trajectory off the tee. Over time, the rubber grips will wear and need replaced and regripping golf clubs, while not difficult, must be done correctly.

Finding Replacement Golf Clubs Can Be Easy Task

Once in a while during a golfer’s season, there may be a need for replacement golf clubs. It could be due to the errant tee shot that went into the woods or the iron shot out of the rough that sent the ball deeper into the rough, but once the club has been wrapped around a tall tree, replacement golf clubs will be needed. Additionally, just check in any golf course pro shop at all the clubs inadvertently, or on purpose, left behind for evidence of the need for replacements.
