Table tennis is played in singles or doubles so there would either be two or four players playing at the same time. The manner the game works is almost similar to tennis. A racket is used to hit the ball. The playing surface is a table tennis table much like a mini tennis court. The legal measurement of the table tennis table is 9 ft x 5 ft x 30 in high (2.7 m x 1.5 m x .762 m). The usual colors of the table tennis table are green, dark blue or black. A net serves as the divider.
