It is a beautiful think to go scuba diving or snorkeling and view the underground life that most of us don’t realize exists. However, they are not rock but rather a living substance and the coral is its exoskeleton. There are certain fish that live near the reefs because they take shelter in and around the animal. Scuba diving is one of the ways you can accomplish it. However, you need to have a scuba certification in order to do it. This may be more than some tourists are willing to put in. Since a lot of coral reef fish live close to the surface, another good option is to go snorkeling. This is a lot simpler and can be accomplished by anyone who knows how to swim.

Coral reef fish are beautiful creatures that live near coral reefs. Some people may find it fascinating to learn as much as they can about them. When studying them, it is a good idea to view them in person. If you don’t have access to a tropical location, perhaps an aquarium near your house has a display with some coral and the fish.
