Many companies list student discount airfares and many great bargains can be found, but restrictions on round-trip and the number of days between the flights indicates the fares are not meant for leisure travel.

However, booking through a company offering student discount airfares, the same flight would cost about $450.
The best deals on student discount airfares involve overseas travel with many of the international flights having travel stay restrictions and require student identification at the time of the booking. This eliminate the possibility of non-students taking advantage of the student discount airfares when they do not qualify. Many also require student Visa information if applicable and required by the attending school.
